I am a researcher in Biomedical Engineering at the Centre for Biomedical Technology (CTB), Technical University of Madrid, with research interests spanning Nanomedicine, Magnetic and Optical Hyperthermia, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, and Biophotonics.
My work focuses on understanding and exploiting the physical interactions between electromagnetic fields, nanoparticles, and biological systems to develop minimally invasive therapeutic and diagnostic technologies. I have participated in interdisciplinary projects combining physics, materials science, and biomedical engineering, contributing to advances in cancer therapy, thermal modeling, and bioinstrumentation. My current research is directed toward the design of hybrid nanomaterials and multimodal systems for precise, efficient, and biocompatible medical applications.
